- More than 24 hours’ notice: Full session fee applies. One reschedules permitted within the same month.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: Full session fee applies. No rescheduling.
- No-shows: Full fee applies. No rescheduling.
- Goodwill policy: One complimentary late cancellation per calendar year.
- Photography & Video
- Sessions may be recorded for clinical review and caregiver coaching with written consent.
- Photos or videos are never shared publicly or with third parties without explicit written permission.
- Payments & Fees
- Accepted payment methods:
- Credit Card (excluding AMEX)
- E-transfer
- Cheque
- No cash accepted.
- Invoicing:
- Bi-monthly invoices
- Issued 3–5 days after billing cycle.

- One-time $750 for new clients
- Communication
- Communication via email or scheduled phone calls only
- Text messages are not monitored.
- Coordination with other professionals requires written consent.
- Authorization & Consent
- Signing the consent form authorizes treatment.
- Any changes to consent must be reported to the Director and Admin Team
- Commitment & Cancellation
- Minimum 3-month service commitment required.
- 60 days’ written notice required to discontinue services after the initial term.
- Account in Good Standing
- Accounts overdue by 30 days may result in paused services.
- Interest: 1% per day after 60 days overdue
- Consistent care is critical; 60–90 days’ notice required for major service changes or discharge.
