Social Integration Program: Empowering Individuals with Autism and Disabilities

  1. Sick Days & Cancellations
  • More than 24 hours’ notice: Full session fee applies. One reschedules permitted within the same month.
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: Full session fee applies. No rescheduling.
  • No-shows: Full fee applies. No rescheduling.
  • Goodwill policy: One complimentary late cancellation per calendar year.
  1. Photography & Video
  • Sessions may be recorded for clinical review and caregiver coaching with written consent.
  • Photos or videos are never shared publicly or with third parties without explicit written permission.
  1. Payments & Fees
  • Accepted payment methods:
    • Credit Card (excluding AMEX)
    • E-transfer
    • Cheque
    • No cash accepted.
  • Invoicing:
    • Bi-monthly invoices
    • Issued 3–5 days after billing cycle.
  • Late payment fee:
    • $50 after 15 days
  • Assessment fee:
    • One-time $750 for new clients
  1. Communication
  • Communication via email or scheduled phone calls only
  • Text messages are not monitored.
  • Coordination with other professionals requires written consent.
  1. Authorization & Consent
  • Signing the consent form authorizes treatment.
  • Any changes to consent must be reported to the Director and Admin Team
  1. Commitment & Cancellation
  • Minimum 3-month service commitment required.
  • 60 days’ written notice required to discontinue services after the initial term.
  1. Account in Good Standing
  • Accounts overdue by 30 days may result in paused services.
  • Interest: 1% per day after 60 days overdue
  • Consistent care is critical; 60–90 days’ notice required for major service changes or discharge.
