Who We Are Looking For

  • Supervised Instructor Therapists (ITs)
  • Respite Workers / Personal Support Workers (PSWs)

  • Deliver 1:1, dyad, triad, and group ABA therapy and/ or Respite Services
  • Work across multiple settings:
    • In-centre

    • Community
  • Support individuals of all ages with:
    • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
    • Developmental and intellectual disabilities
    • ADHD
    • Complex behavioural needs
  • Implement structured, evidence-based programming under the guidance of:
    • Clinical / Program Director
    • Senior Therapists and BCBAs
  • Provide meaningful, therapeutic respite care focused on:
    • Independence
    • Social engagement
    • Communication

Requirements

 

  • Diploma or degree in:
    • Behavioral Science
    • Psychology
    • Education
    • Social Services
    • Or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of ABA experience (required for Supervised Instructor Therapist role)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for helping individuals reach their full potential.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
